I've been to Woodland Gardens Senior Living a couple of times to look at their assisted living facility for my brother. The intake person was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was very personable. The facility itself was clean, and the residents seemed to be happy there. Their apartments were a pretty good size. The only complaint I would have is that one of the rooms, I don't know if it was freshly painted or not, had a little bit of an odor to it. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom moved into Woodlands Gardens Senior Living. I like the price mostly. But the staff is incredible. It just was the right fit. The staff is friendly, very easily approachable, and has great communication. I can call the front desk anytime and check in on her. It just seems very caring. I trust them. I had lunch on the first day. I think only one day of having food there, is not enough to judge. I'm pretty picky. I'm a cook. It's like cafeteria food to me. My mom enjoyed it. Palm Gardens was a nightmare. I wouldn’t trust even my little puppy there, let alone my family member. It felt very chaotic. There was another couple of people there to tour, and the person giving them their tour ran back behind the reception desk and grabbed a folder. She was not dressed appropriately by any means. It was obviously an older place, and it just felt very drab. As soon as I walked in the front door I felt uncomfortable. We went ahead and did the tour, but it was a no for us.

Food is okay good caregivers but need more.

Need more caregivers good meals, and snacks.

Good food, takes care of us, activities keeps us busy.
