It was the worst experience I've ever had with living conditions. When I moved in to the apartment I was told Housekeeping would come and vacuum 1 a week,clean the bathroom and if there was any "heavy" clean ing that we needed they would help when they came. I lived there from [dates removed] and I never saw Housekeeping the entire time, even when my washing machine flooded the apartment twice. I toured Woodland Place Senior Living. They had like 33 people, so that appealed to me that maybe my sister would get more one-on-one care because there were not as many residents. The rooms appeared to be large enough. The room appeared to be clean. I was just pleased to see that they were out and about interacting with each other. The staff appeared very friendly. However, I still have questions for them. I want to make sure that my sister is going to get one-on-one attention. They didn't have that many amen…

My aunt moved into Woodland Place Senior Living. The place is nice, but I thought it would be a more up-to-date place at the price they're charging. They're supposed to keep her clean and assist her in doing a lot of things. They feed her, but if she says she doesn't want to take a bath, they won't give her a bath. They don't keep her room clean and they don't make her bed. They have private and semi-private rooms available. She has one big old room and we had to bring her own furnitur…

NO floor plans to compare by. It's a big tissue on determining if a plan is sufficient enough for their needs. This may be the point where I look someplace else.

I toured with Woodland Place and the facility itself was older and it wasn't as cheerful of a physical space. The staff was very friendly however during the experience.
