CriticalMy father is in Workmens Circle Multicare Center for physical therapy. It's going so far, so good. I think he's doing therapy two or three times a week, but it's moving along. He's in a shared room. They have an activity room where you can watch TV or play games, and they have a gym for physical therapy. My interaction with the staff is good, but a little slow. I think they're short-staffed. It's a nice place, and it's clean. If you need any help, you have to go run around and loo…

CriticalThis is one of the worst nursing homes in the Bronx . From the upper management to the nursing staff they are heartless people who do not care about the patients in this facility. My grandmother has been grossly neglected at this facility. She has been attacked by other patients , neglected by nursing staff, I have seen the staff in the lunch room yelling at the patients, blocking them in the corner by the lunch tables so they don’t move. The social workers won’t return calls , ownership doesn’t care . Take this fr…

CriticalMy only care concern is that while it may seem something small it is not. My mother had an open hand fan, which was stolen from her very room. My mother cant move anywhere so its obviously not misplaced by her. I searched the whole room but to no avail. Again while it may seem small its not because today it may be a small item tomorrow it may not.

CriticalMy mom is at Workmens Circle Multicare Center. Initially they offered rehab to support her walking, and then that ended and she was transferred to the dementia ward at the nursing home. I would just say that the staff support is what really maintained her. She hasn't had any other rehab or any other activities, which is one thing that's been lacking in terms of activities for the seniors in memory care. That has not really happened there. But the nursing staff has been phenomenal, and that's one thin…

CriticalMy father was at Workmen's Circle MultiCare Center. It was terrible. It was not a very good place. It was very difficult to communicate with any of the staff that was taking care of my father. The social work department doesn't return any calls. The rooms are kept dirty; they're not cleaned. They made promises as far as language, because my father was having a lot of difficulty communicating because he is limited in English. The staff is not fluent in English, and they have very thick accents, so it&a…
