Young At Heart II was nice, clean, and up-to-date inside, but the staff was terrible. I couldn't understand a word they said. They acted like they didn't care and they spoke in a different accent. They were from another country, so their English was not good at all. The care there was terrible. They let anybody give away meds, it was not a regular caregiver.
