PositiveWe come and visit this facility unannounced for my grandmother, each time she is always clean groomed and cared for , she loves staying at the covered patio , she loves the kids playing during recess , hearing them laughing at the other side of the fence .. she is 90 yrs old it’s a good home for her .. she stayed here for 3yrs and we the family are so grateful for all of them, specially[Names Removed]

CriticalMy mother was recently sent to Zosing care home ll ( mom was 100 years old) and day and night they took good care of mom as we knew the end was near but she was comfortable as could be expected under the circumstances. They told us that they normally only allow two visitors at a time and one day mom had 15 visitors all pretty close to the same time . CriticalDo not take your loved one there. Very bad place. They lie about your mother’s condition they told me my mother was singing and reading and happy. When I got there she could not talk. She was sitting facing the wall, her hair was horribly waxed down, and she couldn’t lift up her head. She was dead in two weeks. It is truly a terrible place.

PositiveThey were excellent, they seemed to care. The house is clean, and they cook really well. They encouraged the residents to come out of their rooms. It's in a nice neighborhood. They have wood floors, and it always smells like soap. They were wonderful.
