CriticalMy mother spent a week and a half here. Staff very rude. Rehab facilities OK. Could not recommend.

PositiveMy brother is in Accel at Willow Bend. He's been in two different rooms. He's got a couple aides that watch after him, and his physical therapist is one-on-one with my brother every single day. He's had a few problems with them coming in late at night when he has to have his diaper changed. They're shorthanded in the middle of the night, but now, he gets up and goes to the bathroom on his own. It's a rehabilitation place, long-term care. They don't have a five-star chef in their kitche…

CriticalVery poorly run facility. The staff (with a few exceptions) was rude and incompetent. The food was bad and rarely served on time. My stay there was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend Accel at Willowbend.

CriticalMy husband is at Accel at Willow Bend. The building is good. They have several rooms with TVs in them. They have some activities. They took my husband to bible study one time. I don't think they keep him very clean though. The food doesn't look very good, but I've never tasted it. Right now, Medicare and his secondary insurance is paying for it. One thing I would say is that twice my husband has had to leave there and go to his doctor's appointment. They have a van, and they take his wheelchair,…

CriticalWe have a family member in here, I cant say much good about the place. Always short staffed, changing all the time. but the biggest is that if you give them a deposit until medicated is approve, you will fight to get your money back. Its been 9 months and now I have to get a Lawer involved because every month there is just more and more excuses. Be warned.
