I visited this facility

I visited. It was bright and cheerful, and the people were very nice. It was small, which I kind of liked because some of them are big and it's kind of complicated getting around. They had a patio out back and some areas where they could go outside. The person who took me around was willing to answer any questions, and she gave me a lot of information. She showed me around and showed me the room.

A welcoming place with personalized care.

Addison strives to personalize the experience as much as possible to each person's wants and needs . The management is very open to discussions and constructive criticism if something is not working as planned. It is a welcoming place across the board.

Lots of Positives; Room for Improvement

The transition was well done. The facilities are lovely. Communications can be lacking. They are understaffed. Staff could be more discreet in public areas to not discuss tenants. It does seem safe and tenants are known. They are not terribly "hands on" unless an emergency.
