CriticalMy brother was at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center. It was a very bad experience. I would never recommend anyone to go there or to leave their loved ones there. I wouldn't do that, especially if they were like my brother, who's intellectually disabled. The attention was not good. I spoke with him when I went to pick him up and found some of the things that I did not like. He's blind, he rarely talks, and he can barely walk, and they had him sitting up in a chair most of the day. The clothes…

CriticalOn several occasions, the laundry department lost my clothing. On the third time it happened I gave a reduced payment for one month. Mr. Badolato, the Administrator at that time, gave me an attitude. Mist bathrooms are too small for motorized wheelchairs. As for the staff, eighty percent truly care about the patients. The food sucks. Probably because they are on a restrictive budget. Remember a corporation owns it.

While the staff is very friendly, and always treats her with respect and is attentive- I feel that this is only the case when there are visitors around.
