I would recommend Aden. My family members were all impressed with the facility and staff

I like the staff in memory Care. When there is a problem with AC, electrical or plumbing, I have been told by nurses that I should go to front desk. I do and it gets done soon. When the staff reports a problem they say it takes longer. Should not work that way.

Everything about Aden was excellent and beautiful! [name removed] was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining things thoroughly and kindly. We enjoyed our tour and will strongly consider this facility when the time comes to make a living decision with our mother. Aden was top notch in every way!

Overall pleased

She has complained about the food a couple times, her husband (was) and son (is) an amazing cook. Obviously, everything is super expensive these days but, the location is priceless. Close to our home and work so, we can check in on her frequently. The staff is very attentive and accommodating.

not a good fit for my loved one. The facility was beautiful and if I was considering moving to Alden I would sign up. However I never did get a follow up call after my visit. I assume they forgot or were not interested in my visit,

Highly recommend and very nice facility

5 across the board as an initial rating. Keep in mind the facility is brand new. My mother is the first resident of the memory care unit as an example. To date there are only about 7 residents out of what looks like a facility meant for thirty. Right now staffing ratio is great. Place is immaculate. Staff is kind and from my amateur perspective competent. They treat my mother with kindness. I haven't eaten the food but now that my mother eats regularly as opposed to when she was living alone, she has gained weight.…
