Advanced Health Care of Coeur d'Alene

By far the best nursing facility I have come across. My wife has unfortunately had to be in a few nursing facilities over the last few years, and this place has been by far the best facility. Starting with the cleanliness of the place is awesome. The rooms are private with daily cleaning, comfortable chairs, good channels on the TV. The staff is super friendly, especially the nursing assistants. They go out of their way to make my wife comfortable, by doing her hair, checking in on her very frequently and just maki…

My mom was in this facility. It looked nice but the higher up staff was terrible. CNAs were okay but the nurses said my mom was an addict snd stopped giving her pain pills. She just had a surgery so what did they expcect ? The administrator didnt even listen to my concerns. All she said was that was policy. Don't pick this place for any thing

Great Experience

Amazing facility. OT/PT is better than any other facility around. Nursing is great and the food was amazing!

Not a good stay

My mom was in this community and It was very understaffed. The communication was horrible from the administration. It was an amazing and beautiful building. The caregivers that were there were wonderful, loving and compassionate. They worked really hard actually to hard.
