PositiveMy brother is in long term care and does share a room with another resident. They are very well matched. My brother is so happy here. I live out of state, but when I call for an update or with any potential need for my brother, the staff is always ready to help. The staff always make me and my family feel welcome to call and ask for help. My brother needs help answering the phone. The staff are always happy to go to his room and make sure he is ready to pick up a call from family. Originally, my brother didn't…

PositiveMy sister is in Life Care Center of Post Falls. They take good care of her there, they're friendly staff, and she's safe. She has a shared room and it's nice and clean and they have a nice bathroom. It seems to be doing just fine. They are very accommodating. They help with cutting the food up smaller, and they give her extra large pieces of foam to go on her utensils. The place is nice and very well-kept.

PositiveMy mother is in the Life Care Center of Post Falls. The care there is excellent. She has been there for four weeks now. The staff is very caring. I haven't seen anything I didn't like. It's big. It's clean. It doesn't feel like a nursing home. They have physical therapy. After she was not in quarantine for her infection, she was taken out of her room and gone to one or two different places for physical activity, mostly in the form of games, but also in exercise equipment. She has no complai…

PositiveI highly recommend Life Care Center of Post Falls, Idaho. The staff are loving and caring and quick to respond to any need. Not only the staff, but everyone working there are friendly and caring. The residents have a full gym available for exercise activities. There is a beautiful courtyard in which one can sit and enjoy the day. There is a beautiful library, and dining room facility. I was only there for two and a half weeks so I am sure there are a lot more amenities available then what I have mentioned here. I w…

PositiveMy mother is in Life Care Center of Post Falls right now because that's where the hospital sent her to heal up from her broken hip. She was in an apartment by herself, so I wanted to put her in a place where help would be readily available for her. The staff is great. Unfortunately, they're a little understaffed for their residency rate. She has to wait a long time for help sometimes, sometimes up to an hour, and that's not very comfortable in a poopy diaper. The food menu seems pretty adequate. It&a…

PositiveThe most beautiful facility in Spokane/Kootenai area. Staff was incredible, food was good, ice cream socials were a fun treat. Physical therapy was awesome. Loved working out in the gym. The aquaciser underwater treadmill was probably one of my favorite things. I would highly recommend anyone needing after hospital rehab to come here! Best place!
