CriticalLife Care Center of Coeur d'Alene is a good place for dad. They have a very nice staff and they're very good about calling me and letting me know ahead of time before anything gets done. They all share a room and the rooms are very clean, but I think of it as a hospital. There are no chairs for a visitor to sit in, so you would have to go out to a visiting area. CriticalThis place appears to be nice don't be fooled. Like we was showers don't happen unless you hound them ring the buzzer for help it might be 1 hour or maybe not at all. There were a few nurses that was nice but there was one Paul who seemed a little rough my dad was there for therapy we stayed and kept a watchfully eye but one evening we decided to go home 5 hours later we came back and he was unable to talk or move the next day he died.We found him one time on the floor another time with his breathing air …

CriticalMy grandmother passed away in this facility and in less than 24 hours they had already thrown away all of the belongings that she had in her room. This is very inexcusable for this type of business. I would never recommend sending a family member or loved one to this facility
