They're responsive although not enough staff. They've had only one staff most of the time and the same person. She's getting burned out as you can imagine. She's very clean and attends to their needs however.

PositiveThe love, quality of care and attention to detail privided to my mom was exceptional. My mom was on a schedule for meals (delicious), bathing, personal care and group time every day. She was never alone, right to the end. The home was beautifully decorated, new and clean, with light coming in everywhere.

They were expecting me when I arrived for the tour, and they actually gave me a tour. None of the other homes had any idea we were coming, and they really only showed us what we could see from basically the front door. Ageless Angels didn't look worn out or dirty like some of the other homes did. It was a tranquil environment when we toured. There were only 2 other residents and one of them was bedridden, so we knew it wasn't an accurate depiction of what it would be like once the house was full, but it felt peacef…
