PositiveThe facility was clean and organized. The marketing guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions. We met the management team. They were very kind as well. Unfortunately, we were not there at a meal time and didn’t really get to talk with any residents. However we saw a couple of light hearted, fun exchanges with the staff and residents. They both seemed to enjoy the exchange. The reason for “4” ratings on value and condition were because of no washer/dryer option in unit and no pool. Als…

Alexis Estates Gracious Retirement Living was fine to me. The size of the room was good. It's extremely clean. I can't imagine how it could be more immaculate. It's very nice. They have a fitness center and a library. One thing I enjoyed was that they have 78 other properties around the country, and if you're on vacation or visiting somewhere, for example, San Diego, as I did, if there's a facility in that area and there's a room open, you can stay for free. We toured the independent living community of Alexis Estates Gracious Retirement Living. The residents were all friendly and engaged. We didn't eat there, but we actually toured during mealtime, and they were all sitting together and talking. It did seem like they were having a nice experience. No one was eating alone or anything like that, so it was really nice to see that the people were all out and talking to each other. We have a really nice tour here. The dining area was nice and open.
