Bedford Estates Senior Living

So far, everything is going well. The staff are all very attentive and they are good about keeping us updated on any changes or additional needs. The cleanliness is not perfect but not horrible. The room is a good size and appropriate for my mother. She food always looks pretty good to me but my mother is extremely picky. I will say that the last month or two everything has improved at Bedford Estates. From the medical staff care to the administrative care. I am very pleased with the administrative staff.

Would never recommend

Zero stars. The management team meaning their sales person, their executive director, and their LVN were unprofessional and NEVER responded to any concerns made by family members. From what I understand the LVN and ED are no longer employed there. The sales person deceived the family with the price and the level of care my mother would be receiving. Out of the many i visited it was in the top 3 however i went another direction financially more reasonable

All the workers are very personable and seem to genuinely care.

Horrible nightmare.

Do not place your loved one there. The facility has structural issues and management issues. Since Corp. is involved and trying to correct. Not worth trying to see if anything has changed.

Bedford Estates Senior Living

Bedford Estates is a clean place, and the people who work there are very nice. However, the food quality is very disappointing, and that is the main problem. Aside from the food, everything else is good.
