Very positive! Staff is super and very responsive. Very clean and smells nice. Affordable and honest. Happy we chose them. Different assisted living places had different vibes. I interviewed and toured 9 places comparing safety, price, distance, staff, activities, room sizes, layouts, and talking with the nurses and the staff. I asked myself how it made me feel. Bedford Estates felt warm and comfortable, like home.

The apartment is nice however there was a lot of things that need to be added into the welcome package. For instance ...move in information, wifi info, trash and laundry pick up information. I had to keep contacting the property manager (not sure of her title) to ask questions. Everyone is really nice.

PositiveSo far, everything is going well. The staff are all very attentive and they are good about keeping us updated on any changes or additional needs. The cleanliness is not perfect but not horrible. The room is a good size and appropriate for my mother. She food always looks pretty good to me but my mother is extremely picky. I will say that the last month or two everything has improved at Bedford Estates. From the medical staff care to the administrative care. I am very pleased with the administrative staff.

Zero stars. The management team meaning their sales person, their executive director, and their LVN were unprofessional and NEVER responded to any concerns made by family members. From what I understand the LVN and ED are no longer employed there. The sales person deceived the family with the price and the level of care my mother would be receiving. After she moved in, within one week, they changed the price and the level of her care. Bait and switch in our opinion. There were serious issues brought to the atten…
