What we like the most about the community is that the people are friendly, caring, and neighborly. The communication between admin staff and residents could be better, but they are short staffed right now, so with a full staff this issue may be resolved or minimized. Yes, we would recommend Parkview community to other families.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the facility is clean with great activities. My mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen—about 650 square feet—with a large walk-in closet. Not all units are the same, but hers also includes a small patio that overlooks the courtyard, which she really enjoys. Apartments include full kitchens and washer/dryer hookups. If you don’t have your own washer and dryer, there are laundry facilities available on-site. Pets are welcome, which is a big plus. They offer…
