My tour of AltaVita Assisted Living Memory Care Centre was good. The staff members seemed knowledgeable, but they were very hard to pin down on a staff-to-resident ratio. They wouldn't give me a solid number. Although the decor was very nice, I found the facility to be somewhat dim. The rooms seemed nice, clean, and average size for memory care. AltaVita Assisted Living Memory Care Centre just seemed like a warm place. My mother loves music and they have some music programs. Everything was clean. Everybody was very personable. So, it was a good tour experience overall. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about everything we asked and was concerned about my situation, which was important to me. They have a beauty salon, laundry service, and restaurant-style dining.

Our mother received wonderful loving care at Alta Vita Memory Care in Longmont, CO. Each team member treated mom and our family with respect. It is a "homey" atmosphere and very clean. Our family would recommend it.

Through out my career I have had the opportunity to partner with may different assisted living and memory care communities, none have impressed me as much as AltaVita Senior Residences. AltaVita has cultivated an environment that is providing residents, resident families, and employees, with a safe caring and loving atmosphere. Stay away from this one! Bad management to a new visitor. Unfriendly receptionist!

Front gatekeeper doesn't allow you to talk to a marketing person after two attempts to make contact. Came on-site on Thursday [date removed] at 4:30pm and they were in a meeting and wouldn't even come out. So I thought maybe I would give them a second try. Just a bad receptionist. Called on Saturday 9:49am and no one on site (Marketing) not even the executive manager to help me. The lady was almost rude when I asked to get information. Incredible facility

My mom was only with AltaVita for a month before her passing, and in that month I saw her happier than she had been in the past 5 years. They have a very professional staff, they pay attention to details, and they showed me over and over that they’re very caring for every one of their residents.
