CriticalWe had a neighbor go there as well no matter how good the price is and how in the city convenient it looks and sounds… go elsewhere, trust me save you the headache and heartache. Say no and listen to your gut, and keep searching for the right fit.

CriticalWhat looks good on the outside isn't what goes on inside. The owner will promise you everything, when in reality it's all substandard. My mother was in his care for 30 days, she is bedridden, he read her transfer orders prior to accepting her and said he could manage her. He lied, after 3 days he told me we needed to find her another place to go, that is not as easy as it sounds. She was never given a shower, just a very sparce sponge bath, he would stop in to change her diaper only 2 times a day. He doesn't work i…

PositiveAs far as I know everything is okay. I like the home. I know that my Mother doesn't, but she is not going to like it anywhere. This is not the staff's fault and I know they are going out of their way to accommodate her and try to make her happy.
