PositiveAmbiance is attractive and clean. We only came for 2 weeks of care for my brother while I was out of town. He needed to have his medicine monitored and meals prepared. Our only frustration was that the TV in my brother's room never worked during the 2 weeks.

While touring the facility, I was a little turned off by 2 staff members sitting in the cafeteria maybe they were on break, but they weren't eating just sitting there and a female resident in a wheelchair asked them if they could fill her water bottle and they told her no, not right now. I would have done it if I knew where to get ice and water. The lady in the wheelchair sat there waiting while the 2 employees sat at the table and talked. I am looking for …
