Amelia Senior Living was not very clean, the staff was not friendly, and the food was horrible. There's not a good thing about it. My grandmother was there. It was so horrible we got her out quickly. Her room was small. The facilities smelled like urine; the whole entire place. We couldn't keep her there. We didn't tour the place because I live in another state, so I was helping her daughter. She had a one-bedroom apartment. I don't know about an exercise room, but they have a common area. She j…

My husband has his own room and shower in Amelia Senior Living. When I walk in there I could just feel there's no tension and everybody gets along. The people that run it are still working with me on different little things, and they're always happy. They don't take it out on anybody if they're not happy. The feel of the entire place gave off comfortable and happy vibes. Every area was clean and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I did not have a meal there but was told by residents that the food is wonderful. I would feel confident living here.
