I visited the independent living section of Chapters Living of Council Bluffs, and it was very nice and clean. The person who took me on the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. The grounds were nice outside, not just inside. It just seemed like it was a good fit for me. I went through the building, and they took me into one apartment, which seemed very nice. I like the layout. I just saw the independent living part of it, but they also have assisted living and a memory care unit. I did not go to either one o…

I think the staff is wonderful very friendly. The food could be warmer although people who have been here longer than me say it is much improved. I enjoy many of the activities but might be to early to judge. Their staff is definitely their strong suit, they really care about their residents from top boss to housekeeping and kitchen help everyone is focused on the residents experience

I visited. I went and talked to the guy and looked at the apartment for my sister. You walked down the hall and the staff was just very nice and acknowledging. The rooms were small, and that's one of the reasons why she didn't pick it. Everything looked nice. It was clean. The dining area was nice and clean.

It had multiple levels of care. The residents could move from a lower level of care to a higher level, if necessary. They have activities, transportation to appointments or shopping, and warm meals. The facilities were excellent. The staff was wonderful.
