No choices of food at meals. Very limited staff on weekends, one shopping trip and one restaurant trip each month on a van that broke down or had nonworking air conditioner.

All 5's. The staff has been helpful and understanding on every contact. I never saw my brothers room. He resides in TN and I am in New Jersey. He has dementia but the staff has always been nice on phone calls with me

The staff has been wonderful. They are all so kind, friendly and very helpful. I do not know all the names yet but i want to give a special thanks to [name removed]. He has gone above and beyond helping me with this transition. His kindness radiates. Also a big shout to [name removed] in the kitchen. Your food is delicious. Staff and care was good, room was a little small, it was clean. Mom would not entertain going back to though because the food was not good at all. Lots of repeats, and evening meals looked like they came out of can and microwaved. The staff was friendly and was trying to rectify.
