[name removed] took her time, giving me a tour, showing me around, explaining me how everything works made me feel very welcome and confident in their ability to take care of my mother. We will be moving in shortly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Beautiful facility. Sales associate was very considerate and thorough. Very helpful in helping us with our questions regarding the assessment process and any other steps necessary to move our family member from his old residence to the new one. Also helpful with information regarding veterans assistance, etc.

Still adjusting

My husband has been here almost 2 months. Most days are good but some are not. They don't have enough capable staff to care for the memory care patients. They have assured me they are hiring additional people . There is no communication between the caregivers and the next shift. I have talked to them about this. There are a few nurses and caregivers that really care about the patients. Having said this, I do feel he is safe and clean, so there is that. Still trying to get adjusted to this whole situation.

I liked the help and the overall service. I think the food was okay but it would help if they had more options to choose from.

False advertising

My parents have been in this facility for almost one year. It's a very nice facility; however, my parents and I feel the amenities are not up to parents as advertised. 1. the meals suck; kitchen staff have no idea how to prepare meals worth eating. 2. The bus is NEVER available for transportation to doctor appointments. Scheduling of the bus is unorganized and needs someone that knows how to manage schedule for efficiency and accommodating all residents needs. 3. Social activities are not that exciting. There is…
