My parents have been in this facility for almost one year. It's a very nice facility; however, my parents and I feel the amenities are not up to parents as advertised. 1. the meals suck; kitchen staff have no idea how to prepare meals worth eating. 2. The bus is NEVER available for transportation to doctor appointments. I recently visited my friends mom at mill Creek. I was immediately greeted by a hello and a beautiful Christmas decor all over the building. The residents were eating popcorn and watching a Christmas movie. As I walked to the apt. I saw another group of residents chatting, laughing and enjoying a warm cup of hot chocolate with whipped topping. There was no trash on the floors and no weird smells.
