The place was clean and bright. Staff friendly and efficient. Seemed like a wonderful place for my sister in laws mother.

The facility is very nice and clean. Staff is nice and seems dedicated to helping and safety. The ratio of staff to clients is a concern especially at night and weekends. But I think the ratio is the same everywhere. I wish there is a way to use technology to remain connected like the use of amazon show to remotely speak with family members. Not appropriate for residents who need enhanced care

The building is nice, clean and provides able-bodied residents who do not have any physical limitations the freedom to roam. Large outdoor walking, dining and activity space for good weather days. Caring staff could greatly benefit from specific training on how to care for patients with dementia and how to assist residents who need assistance with transfers and mobility issues. It is a great place to take someone needing memory care. They were the only ones that would take such young, strong, man in his 50s with some aggression.

Please read this review and please do not place your loved one in this facility. I placed my mother at this facility 3 months ago, given the assurances that they are exclusively a memory care facility and are trained to care for residents with dementia. I was assured there was adequate staff and that they were trained to care for residents with memory loss. After one week, it was clear I made a mistake in placing my mother at this facility.
