We looked at the assisted living facility of Brightview Annapolis. The apartments were a little smaller and the one we saw was very crowded. It was a lady's apartment that was filled with her furniture, and it was jam-packed, so it wasn't as open. Other than that, they're nice apartments from what I can tell. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Our in-laws have been residing at Brightview Annapolis for 8 months now. It is the benchmark we were using to compare the other facilities. The service there has been excellent. They're getting everything they need. The reason why we're looking at other facilities is that Brightview Annapolis is a rental facility, which means you have to be able to pay the monthly rent to stay there. My experience at Brightview Annapolis has been wonderful. The staff is caring and professional, and they have made my mother's transition to assisted living very smooth. Overall, she seems happier and more engaged than she was when she was living alone. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and there is always something interesting and fun happening on the daily calendar. I am very grateful for all that Brightview has done for my mother and our family.

The facilities, rooms and grounds are lovely. The staff has a lot to be desired. Half of them are Rude, Nasty and Unpleasant; and not welcoming. Kindness and manners should be number one for the residents and their families!!! At times they treat you like your a prisoner. This is a senior living facility that is very costly, with residents who have lived a long time and have may have needs. They should be pampered and given respect. Rules and rules, ridiculous! I visited this facility

I went to Brightview Annapolis. It's a very pretty building; it's large. It's a lot bigger than I wanted, that's why I did not choose them. It's a lot bigger, and it didn't feel as homey to me. The staff who showed me around was great; she was very nice. Brightview Annapolis seems nice but I chose a different one. It's nice and pretty. It didn't feel like an institution, it felt like a really upscale hotel.

During my mother's time here, she was in the independent living section and the community was always clean and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. When my mother's health declined, they were very willing to do whatever they needed to help guide us through the process. The communication about the Covid-19 pandemic was very consistent and open. The staff was very willing to check on my mother when we couldn't physically be there and their activities and food were very good quality.
