The support team, specifically [name removed] and [name removed], worked to provide a seamless process with paperwork and move-in. The facility and mom's room was very clean and inviting. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by pleasant staff, which immediately made my mother feel comfortable and at home.

PositiveI went to visit this facility for my MIL (currently in rehab) and found it to fill homelike. I took the tour and was shown all the different units, eating area, and common areas. We toured and it was beautiful. They were friendly. It wasn't a big lunchroom. It was a small area with a kitchen and tables right there. The nurses were around taking care of them. Everything was clean. Shayah was awesome. They were very, very nice, very nice. If we could afford it, we would have left my friend there.
