Criticaltried but unfortunately this place was so disappointing that it did not work out
Not happy that they didn't tell me the truth, and that they could fully take care of the level of care for my loved one. After she got there, then they found out she was too much for them both mentally and physically and they asked me to move her. Not happy at all about this whole situation. Also, now they say I owe her more money after she moved out, and I paid them a large sum already.

CriticalI do not recommend Ansley Parke
They have a great sales person, who promises great food, lots of activities and superior rooms. The problem is the follow through and the above, are not realized. If you are independent living they offer no activities, it is more for Assisted Living. The bus only runs two days a week and only until 1:00. Have to schedule your ride in advance and you have to be finished by 1:00, you are not ready you need to find your way back. Dining room is full of flys, flying around you and on your food. It is quite disgusting…

Tried talking to Executive Director about an incident with a staff member, I was told my written account was not what happen, instead turned around on me. From my limited experience - All the staff that I had dealing with, as limited as they were, were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facility is top-notch. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone desiring a good facility and good care for their loved ones.
