The staff is very caring and helpful. The food is also good but could use some more fresh produce. I believe it is a well run facility that strives to do their best and improve where lacking. Yes I would recommend it.

The staff at Anthem Lakes are extremely nice and caring. I chose this place due to the size of the 2-bedroom/2 bath apartment. Most other places near me did not provide two bathrooms or even 2 bedrooms. The food in my opinion is very good. The soups especially. I would like to see more security/staff in the evenings as it is assisted living not independent. But this may be the standard everywhere. Was a bit shocked at the Community fee, much higher than others around that had pools, common areas, etc. But concessio…

Anthem Lakes at this time is currently going through a major transition. From the very beginning I felt like I never dealt with the same person from sales to marketing director to CNA's. Can't seem to keep staff as a rotation and burnout constantly brought in new faces. Not a good sign. Some employees really tried to put their best foot forward while others seemed more concerned with their phones and not even interacting with patients or like it was definitely a bother to do so. Anthem Lakes was nice. It was more upscale, and it was expensive. I didn't actually see a bedroom because they were all taken, but from what I saw in the facility, like the grounds and everything, it was very nice. The people that toured with me were also very nice, and they were upper management people. They had salons and a little exercise place.
