★★★★★
PositiveWell organized, clean, guests seem happy! Lots of activities, walking trails and close to where we live!
★★★★★
PositiveApple Creek Place consists of 3 buildings that blend right into the neighborhood. The place was clean, stylish and the rooms are a nice size. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. It is a very nice assisted living.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff at Apple Creek Place was fantastic. We recently met with the staff and started the process of making arrangements to move my mother from another facility to Apple Creek Place in Appleton, Wisconsin. They were so caring and understanding. They were also professional and thorough in helping us with arrangements. They were always available to answer our questions, accommodate our needs, and help us with any challenges. Thank you.
★★★★★
CriticalThey said they had Activities, but they didn't. The food was edible, but nothing exceptional. Housekeeping was non existent, I cleaned the room myself. Communication was good. I have since taken her OUT of there and placed her somewhere else. Unless the staff has drastically changed, I would NOT recommend this place.
★★★★★
CriticalThere are staffing issues there. My dad has recently passed away, and I have tried calling the director left messages and she hasn't called back. I have heard nothing from them. My family and I have cleaned out his room. I wouldn't recommend apple creek to anyone until they get the staffing issues resolved.
★★★★★
CriticalI would say they are terribly understaffed. Care services promised may not actually happen such as physical therapy. The staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. Meals were made by CNAs with no meal prep training. My mom one night received one slice of frozen pizza with squash. I would suggest checking out state run facilities that are audited monthly. We grossly overpaid for what she received. The facility itself is very nice and inviting.
