PositiveClean & friendly but lacking engagement
I was hoping for more resident engagement. There is none and they don't have staff to do it. The bus for outings is shared with another facility. Some outings are capped at 4 participants so there is little functional ability to go on those outings. Activity calendar is pretty repetitive. It is hard to read and understand for anyone with cognitive impairment. Apartment size is good. I'm not why there are full kitchens since meals are provided. All activities are sedentary.

I would give them all a 5. My dad was very happy there. He passed in [Date Removed]. He was very happy with the food and all the choices. The housekeeping and laundry were up to his very high standards. And the staff that helped with medication and other medical concerns always kept me in the loop.

Although my mom has since passed away, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was truly exceptional—not only caring for my mother with compassion and dignity, but also supporting me during a very difficult time. I didn’t have a single complaint throughout her care. Her aides treated her as if she were their own mother, and that meant more to me than I can express. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed our family.
