I visited this facility

I had an in-person tour of the Carolina Highlands. I liked their calendar of activities, from morning exercises until happy hour. In the evening I liked the fact that they have their own menus. I liked the personnel. The staff was very friendly, informative, answered all my questions, and showed me the different apartments. The dining area looked clean. They had bingo, arts and crafts, movies, and a social hour. The facility was neat and clean.

I had a great experience during my tour and looking forward to placing my aunt in the care of this facility. My tour guide made sure all of my questions were answered and she was very knowledgeable of the facility. Her smiling face was very welcoming.

A really great tour and looking forward to placing my grandmother with such a caring staff. The staff was very friendly. The residents appeared to be happy. The facility was clean. The rooms were an appropriate size.

Amazing place I wish I could afford to live there

The Carolina's get 5's across the board, we could not ask for any place that, I would move here now if I could. It is independent living but they offer three meals Monday-Friday and on Sunday's you get the menu and can pick your meals. The chef is great, they have happy hours also. There are a lot of activities, and the management staff is great to work with. Also the apartment are beautiful, and the community is half the price of our loved ones previous place and much nicer.

We like Carolina Highlands. The rooms are good and large. You have one bedroom to your right and then another one to your left. They have a place for storage, which we like. It was a very good place. Everything was good and spacious. The staff members were very friendly and nice. It was a beautiful place. They have checkers and puzzles. It looks like the residents looked satisfied with what they were doing. Everybody looked pleasant.
