PositiveWas greeted warmly and given offers of refreshment. Appropriate materials on the activities, rooms, charges, and meals were provided. A tour of the facility was conducted and all appropriate areas were shown, along with the 1 and 2 bedroom and studio apartments available. Some of the ongoing activities were discussed, but due to scope of the activities I'm sure not all were discussed. The place was clean, and the staff we met were friendly and outgoing. We were very impressed with the offerings and will keep this …

The Staff is wonderful, from the front desk, to the maintenance and cleaning personnel, to the Nurses and the Admin staff. All have been very helpful for my Mom and Dad. The place is clean, fresh and spacious throughout the Facility. My parent's apartment is Fantastic. It's a (2) Bedroom, (2) Bath on the 1st floor with a Large Courtyard out their back door and a covered Veranda out of their front door. They are both very happy and we all love the fact that they are now only 10min away from us.

The facility is very nice and the staff comes across as very caring. We are able to have frequent communication with multiple staff members as we are out of state and not able to visit too often. We get photos through an online portal. We just visited after the first month and we were pleased with how our Aunt was doing. She had gained some weight which was good and seemed comfortable.

PositiveArbor Terrace Lakeway
Only the food got a lower number. It's good, just not many choices. After 1 year there my parents have run thru the menu. All staff are very sweet and accommodating. The facility looks very nice with courtyards and balconies and porches for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. It is also a Memory Care so if needed, your loved one does not need to move to another facility-just to get he Memory Wing.
