Good feelings for care

I feel this facility is heads and above the previous facility my brother in law was in. He is happy with the room and the fact he has no room mate. The facility is clean as possible. The other residents seem content as well. The food is acceptable to my relative. Everyone I deal with seems to be caring and capable. The laundry is kept up and his room seems well attended to. I would like a better communication system than currently in place. Sometimes my calls are not answered and questions not answered in appropri…

Arbor View

Room size was fine. Mom enjoyed the food. The residents were great. The facility was not keeping her cleaned or brushing her teeth. I had to take her to have her hair done. They were not even attempting to keep track of her clothes. Two weeks after entering they still had not opened her new tooth brush. So her teeth were not being cleaned. They refused to reassess her for a lower price.

Overall everything has been good! The staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have had.

Friendly staff

I found the staff that I interacted with, to be caring and helpful. While he could still eat, my husband enjoyed the food. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

While we would like our step mom/mother in law in this facility, it doesn’t work financially due to the residents financial situation. The facility seems very nice but out of their reach financially.

I was pleased to find the amenities that benefit our family member. The staff were pleasant. The residents that I spoke to seemed happy and content.
