I enjoyed my tour of this facility from the minute I walked in. The employees are friendly and helpful, the residents are clearly happy there and it was clean and homey. [name removed] was awesome, smart, organized and kind.

Compared to the first place I had my mother it was exceptional . Staff was caring , room was nice , pricing was reasonable , food was excellent . Always had plenty of activities . It was clean . The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 was sometimes short staff and my moms calls weren't always answered timely however I realize this is a problem everywhere they did try their best .

The staff has been super helpful with the transition and has made my mother-in-law feel welcome and a part of the community! She enjoys doing all of their activities and keeps herself so busy that she sometimes doesn't even have time to talk to us. The food is always very tasty and it's nice that we can drop by to eat with her whenever we want!

Third time is a charm

Arbor View is the third facility my mom has lived in, and it is by far the best. The one level layout is easy to navigate, with most units offering a nice view. The staff is long-term, responsive, usually in under 10 minutes, and genuinely caring. [name removed], the nursing coordinator, is the “Tom Brady” of the team: skilled, dependable, and a natural leader who ensures follow-through every time.
