I really have very little firsthand information about Wingler House because I have never actually seen the place. My mother, without telling any of us kids, selected this community months ago, and we simply honored her wishes. I will say that she has commented that she feels more like an inmate than a resident, and she finds the food very bland. We were in another facility & this by far better & the price is exceptional The staff is outstanding! Apartment size is ok in size but almost all 1st floor apartments have patio & those on 2nd floor have a balcony My husband falls often, caregivers are here fast! The people are good people, they have a lot of activities, but the way they do their billing is not right. They don't even give you a credit when billed incorrectly. The best you get is that they will look into it and it is never approached again.
