PositiveOur family's experience
The staff is very friendly and involved with the occupants of the faculty. They check on everyone often and make sure they are invited to come eat in the dining room. They check on dining room is run much like a restaurant, which gives the people there the dignity of ordering from a menu. The facility is very clean and well kept. My mom's a pop apartment is cleaned once a week and her laundry is also done once a week. Overall, it is just a nice experience.

The facility is clean. The room size is comparable to other facilities we viewed. The staff is nice and helpful. We had no issues while my mother in law was there that wasn't attributed to her behavior. , I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The overall experience was pretty negative. The only positive was the room itself. Fairly good size and reasonable layout. Communication with nursing staff was minimal. Reception staff not terribly friendly and not very knowledgeable. Cleanliness okay. They did not do a good job of introducing the new resident. Meals were difficult as some staff would say sit wherever you want only to try and sit and be told you can't sit there. They offered very little assistance to get resident settled in.
