CriticalOur experience
The people are very respectful to mom and us when we visit. I'm not around much for activities so can't say anything, food seems to be ok. Room size is good/clean. Can't say she likes it there, she would rather be home which is unfortunate that she can't be left alone. Sure I recommend it

I wish I could give a better score but care is never cheap and hard to afford. But for what Aspen Ridge is providing to mom we are content. We always see staff members, they are always near by, responsive and we never have to look for anyone. They always know where mom is at in the facility. I like the intimacy and the size of Aspen Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center. I like the smallness and the family feeling. What I liked least about it was the shared rooms and the relatively few available single rooms. However, regarding upkeep, everything was just fine. We were quite impressed. There are a couple of television lounge areas, a game area, and some nice outdoor patios as their common areas. The staff who assisted me was very cordial and very helpful.
