CriticalWe had a horrible experience at Sierra Pointe. I would be very careful about choosing this place for Assisted Living. They are extremely understaffed. Residents regularly wait 30 minutes or more when asking for assistance. My mother once laid on the floor for over 30 minutes after a fall. The careplans are never discussed with the resident or family. You only hear from them when they want to raise your rates. And the food is awful. A total bad expereencie.

PositiveI found Atria to be a good experience. The was friendly and experienced. And they weren't understaffed. Cleanliness was very good. I got a 1 bedroom t gf at I used as a studio. Had I needed the bedroom I would say it was too small. But they have many floor plans . In general I give Atria a B.

PositiveThe staff was nice and accommodating. The apartment was nice and well kept. The grounds and overall facility are beautiful with a lot of activities.

An example is she wasn't getting help showering when it is clearly stated in her care instructions. She had to ask multiple times. I think it has been resolved now. Just seems some of the caregivers are a little …

PositiveI'm very happy here. Great friends. Exercise classes every day. Live entertainment several times a week a week. Excellent food choices at 3 meals daily. I'm glad I made the move from Chicago to Atria Park.

PositiveAtria is a great place! It's in north Scottsdale so I understand the cost is a little bit higher due to being in that area, but with my Mom being on a fixed income we had to do a few things to make it work for her. One of the biggest selling points in our mind was the fact that our mom can transition directly into assisted living services at this location when the time comes without needing to move facilities or even having to change rooms. All the staff have been incredibly friendly and kind, Atria brings aboard h…
