PositiveI visited Azalea Estates of New Iberia's memory care facility, and everything was awesome. It was very clean, and even the people who were in memory care were very clean and dressed, so it was very nice. The staff member who gave the tour was great and very helpful.

PositiveIt is a very friendly staff. They seem to really care about the residents.My mom is not crazy about the food. She feels it may be prepared off sight and brought in. One reason my mom chose Azalea Estates is that she had a few friends that lived there and that made the transition easier.

PositiveIt will be 3 years in April that Dad moved to Azalea Estates. The transition was a little hard, but the entire staff welcomed him and made sure he got out of his room and participated in just about everything. Now when new residents move in. He helps them with the transition and welcomes them. It’s one big happy family at Azalea Estates in New Iberia and it helps me sleep well knowing he is well taken care of. Thanks to you All!

PositiveChris, Robin and Therese as well as all the entire staff stay on top of my Dad's needs and are always so helpful with anything that comes up and needs to be addressed. My Dad moved in over a year ago and it was a difficult transition for him but their caring, concern and helpfulness went a long way to helping him to adjust. Thank you all for all you do for my Dad and all the other residents. All your efforts are much appreciated.
