The staff is very friendly and willing to help in every way possible to make my parents comfortable. The place is very clean and has a lot of amenities. The food choices are very good and the staff always greet their residents and make them feel welcome.

My friend likes the food in the diner but is not as happy with the food in the main dining room. The staff has been great but I'm a little disappointed that he hasn't been connected with another resident through the ambassador program that I was initially told about. That may have changed when Legend took over but he would have benefited from having someone help him get better acclimated to the place and the activities- someone to encourage him to get out of his apartment. Overall, however, very positive.

CriticalThe facility was built and designed well. Many of my questions were answered, but very focused getting the sales. Just seeing minimum enter action between staff and residents it didn’t feel like a home settling. I did get the feeling that they respect the privacy of their residence.
