Benton House of Aiken had all the chandeliers and marble floor units. It was the most expensive and the biggest, but it just wasn't for Mom at all. They were putting their best foot forward and it seemed like they had a script that they stuck to. Like I put some money down to be on a waiting list. It was a small amount of money, but they said it was refundable. Benton House of Aiken was very nice and well laid out. The rooms were spacious but had limited kitchens. The people that live there usually have a kitchenette, which was small. But it looked like the menu was very full and variable each day. It's in a great part of town, too. The staff was very friendly, very thorough, and very patient. They were excellent. They had several outdoor courtyards, a beauty shop, and a van for transportation. They had like a movie room, too.

Benton House of Aiken was very nice. The facilities were excellent. The staff anticipated my questions but also answered all the questions that I had. They took their time to understand my situation and give me advice. They showed me all three types of rooms. They didn't have occupancy on some of them, but they arranged with the occupants to allow me to come in and visit with them and see their rooms. They were very clean and very modern. Our family had an in person tour and Benton House of Aiken is a beautiful lovely place, and the lady who took us on our tour was very kind.

Very happy with our decision

The staff members at Benton House are a five plus, the value is good despite COVID. The cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff members in the beginning really stood out to us. They do all types of fun things at this community when it was not COVID. The would bring in musicians twice a week to play for the residents, and have monthly activities that would surround a certain topic. The activities director is very sweet and very engaging. Don't hesitate to choose Benton

We chose Benton House over others we looked into because I was most impressed by the team of management of the facility. I had confidence in the place after getting to know them. The room sizes here are perfectly adequate, they had two room sizes available for the same price. I have eaten here many times, the food is the only thing that they could use improvement on.
