Positivefriendly staff makes it feel like a comfortable home.
Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of activities that are great which my sister is enjoying which includes bingo and other kind of games and they can go to the movies. She's been twice to the movies and once to a barbecue place that had incredible foods on their buffet. Definitely the right place for my sister.

An incredibly caring staff. Because it is a smaller assisted living facility, Everyone gets so much attention. I have found the staff to be absolutely as helpful as possible, and my sister is very happy with where she is now. I couldn't ask for more.

I don't have any idea why they have an award from you. This place is the dirtiest place and the food is terrible. If I could give 0's, I'd give them. It smells like urine and isn't assisted living; half the residents need to be in a nursing home! Hitchcock is NOT a place for mom. There are residents shouting for help all the time.

The staff (CNA) that I have met are extremely nice, friendly and caring. [name removed] has been very unhappy with the food. When I ask [name removed] about the food, she always says it's not good. She won't give me explicit details. I've given her salt, pepper, mustard etc. She has stated that when they have hotdogs it's plain with small amount of chips and nothing else.

Families had a great time sharing breakfast with their loved ones. Pancakes, bacon, and eggs were served along with coffee and juices. The staff, as usual, were attentive to us all. I enjoy the activities that Hitchcock Square provide for the people staying there.

My aunt is a temporary patient at Hitchcock Square. She invited me over to have pancakes with her at breakfast and to visit. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff. The food was very good. The facility was very clean and cozy. Even though it was cold outside it was very warm and comfortable inside. As I looked around, I couldn't help but notice that all the patients who were in the dining room were happy. The staff was very attuned to the patients who were dining in the dining room.
