PositiveHave a brief visit I really think this could be a wonderful home for anyone looking for a loved one to be comfortable in their later years. Very clean, very orderly and everybody was just so nice.

Hitchcock is very clean and the food is good. They have a nice variety. The personal are smiling and friendly. They are very caring for the residences and keep the family well informed. They have many different activities that would suit all interests. They are a 5 star.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of activities that are great which my sister is enjoying which includes bingo and other kind of games and they can go to the movies. She's been twice to the movies and once to a barbecue place that had incredible foods on their buffet. Definitely the right place for my sister.

An incredibly caring staff. Because it is a smaller assisted living facility, Everyone gets so much attention. I have found the staff to be absolutely as helpful as possible, and my sister is very happy with where she is now. I couldn't ask for more.

I don't have any idea why they have an award from you. This place is the dirtiest place and the food is terrible. If I could give 0's, I'd give them. It smells like urine and isn't assisted living; half the residents need to be in a nursing home! Hitchcock is NOT a place for mom. There are residents shouting for help all the time.

We toured Hitchcock Square. There were a lot of employees I did see there. It seemed very nice that we're working with some of the people. When we got there, they were just starting bingo with some of the residents that were there. I noticed the place needs to be a bit updated. The cost is more than the other community. The person who took us around was very nice. They did have decent activities for the people. The outdoor section was nice because it was closed off. You can walk out there. It's like a squ…
