PositiveI would recommend it to others
The majority of the staff are very supportive and they really get to know the person they are caring for. The food is varied and appropriate for the stage of dementia the patient is in. The rooms are kept clean and the common areas are as well. The room is a comfortable size easily fitting bed, dresser and lounge chair with room left over. HVAC is a through the wall unit which most hotels use.

There have been some bumps in the road, but overall it has been a smooth transition for both my dad coming out of skilled nursing and my mom coming from living at home alone since he was recovering from his stroke. The staff is fantastic. Everyone from the administrator to the evening med tech staff has gotten to know my parents and been very personable and very capable. The only real negatives I guess would be that some things weren't explained very well to my mom, such as how the laundry collection and process sh…

I used it for a 2 week respite care. Her room was shared and It appeared clean etc. My rating was low as when I picked up my wife she was dehydrated. No excuse for this.
