I missed a phone call by seconds and called back on caller ID. It was a Bay Harbor employee returning my voicemail. She answered the phone "this is Delores" so I didn't know where I was calling. (Juggling multiple work/personal things, I had just called and left voicemails for about 20+ different people). I told the employee I didn't know why I called. I am/was a resident of this facility

Bay Harbor Assisted Living of Suamico was made about 21 years ago, but they were really cheap when they built it. So the outlets are really bad, it's hard to get things to work, and it's hard to get the outlets to match the plugs. Then the acoustics are too loud. I visited this facility

Bay Harbor Assisted Living of Suamico was very unwell-kept, dirty, there were residents just sitting on their beds, and it was not a good place at all. The rooms were horrible, and I would not recommend it. The door wasn’t secure, and we couldn't get in to the building through one of the doors.

She is very clean and dressed properly, and that's a big thing. She gets assistance when she needs it. She has really bad dementia and Alzheimer's. They are very …
