Benton House of Blue Springs was clean. Everybody was friendly. The rooms were good size. It was a good environment. I didn't try any of the food, but the menus looked good.

PositiveA safe place for family
I love benton house. Wonderful and caring people. The staff is professional and caring. They take time to know each resident. The food is good and choice is a good variety. There is an excellent choice of activities appropriate for residents.

PositiveHome for Mom for 3 Years!!
We moved mom into assisted living I. [date removed] She enjoyed many friends and took her little dog [name removed] with her. She immediately thrived and gained weight. We had to move her to memory care in the same facility about 18 months later. The staff is very caring and I have been satisfied with the patient care. The biggest negative was the laundry did lose some of her clothes. Overall we will be very sad to leave Benton House as she now needs a hoyer lift.

We moved in my mom with ease and efficiently in a timely manner. The staff is cheerful and kind and my mom has settled in with help to get to bed and meals close by in a dining room. She had been able to join the assisted living area for some activities also. Her laundry and showers are done on a regular schedule and her prescriptions are managed well by the nurse and local pharmacy. She has freedom to have visitors and be checked out for some outings. We went to Benton House of Blue Springs. The tour was great. It was very nice. The lady manager who took us around on the tour was very helpful. We took our mother back to that place because every day they have wonderful activities going on for them in assisted care. And she could take her pet with her, her little dog. And we did. They had a little courtyard there with little rocking chairs out there. That was nice. And they had two little places like that courtyard. They had a little kitchen area where they had a …
