Room for improvement

Place is clean, most of the staff are pleasant and do a good job, but they have a staffing problem with turnover and problems with my mom getting help in the evenings to get ready for bed. Had a meeting with the executive director and assistant executive director to correct the issue with evening care. Hopefully this will improve. Food is pretty good but my mom has acid reflux and on a special diet, can't have tomatoes, spicy foods etc. They are not doing that and feeding her food she shouldn't have. Trying to res…

Excellent facility

The food, room size, and activities are fine. Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Maintenance response could be better.

Had a very nice visit and tour with [name removed] about the facility. Everything was very nice. Timing wise, my dad declined and we didn't need their services after all.

No pressure, very friendly, and Eric was super easy to talk to, and he focused and talked to mom before he talked to my brother or myself.

[name removed] was so kind and so very helpful. This is a lovely place. It was so clean and attractive. I hope my husband will be able to go there.

Great staff

Cedarhurst is great. It's a new facility with a quality staff. Food is good. I would recommend it to others - it is pricey, but worth it.
