I moved into Bella Vista on [date removed] after being gone from Arizona for two years. I was very pleased with the welcoming we received. Moved into a two bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Perfect setup in the apartment because I have a separate room for my art studio. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have made many new friends. Lots of activities both within the facility and outside on field trips. The population is not large which is nice. Excellent meals (don’t have to cook)!! I would glad…

Dad is very happy there. The food is great and lots of activities. His apartment is spacious and well organized. Staff is easy to approach and are helpful and always have answers for him. The staff and food/ dining are all excellent. Cleanliness and size of apartment are more than adequate. My mother attends few activities because of her dementia, but the staff attempt to include her whenever possible. There is a continuing issue with bugs on the ground floor, because the entrance doors are frequently open for movers and visitors, but there are regular pest control visits included in the apartment rental so I believe management is doing the best they can.
