PositiveClean, bright, it had a modern personality. We met two people,one a retired doctor, who had relatives there, and they were extremely positive about their experiences. Employees seemed positive and the facility had a full social calendar. We were impressed. It was a little outside our geographical circle or we would probably choose it for our relative.

CriticalIt’s a relatively small, older facility and only a small studio room was available to see. The staff were very helpful and provided all the info I needed. Given a variety of factors including cost, facilities, and availability I don’t think it’s a good match.

From the staff, to the nurses, caregivers/PALs, and foodservice crew, everyone is friendly and professional. BV is very client focused, attentive, and thorough. There's peace of mind knowing that my Mom is well cared for and safe. The PALs have been especially great in accommodating requests and in the overall day to day care of my Mom. The facility itself is modern, clean, and it's a place that I'm proud to bring visitors to. The front walk lined with couches is so nice as is the yard behind the memory care wing.…

PositiveAn Amazing Home Away from Home for Your Loved Ones.
Very honestly, I would give a five for each of the categories. I know my dad was only there for a few weeks but overall the care and consideration everybody had for him made myself and my sisters so happy that he was able to be in your facility. Our only wish was that we could've talked him into coming to Belmont months earlier and he would've made some friendships with the people there but he was a little too stubborn for us to do that. Thanks for all you've done for him. I would definitely give high marks to you…
