PositiveThe Sales Dir invited us for a tour. The Dir spent more time speaking to us before and after the tour RE my husband's treatment needs and their services. There were text messsges, phone calls and Emails before and after the nursing assessment in our home. I chose Benchmark over a site in Connecticut. Both have an enhanced license and similar treatment levels. No hard sell.....a lot of listening and honest responses

★★★★★
CriticalThey are not equipped or educated to handle anyone beyond Level I care needs

I have hope that they will achieve their goals: Still Improving but fully expect that they will fulfill the Benchmark commitment to quality bas…
