Walking in front doors to lobby looks great, get on the beat up elevator, go to mr floor. The memory care ward is horrible , the floors are beat, worn/broken, looks like everything in Moms room was trash chair worn out, bed and sheets dirty, blanket had cuts in it. No staff came by very often. Seems like staff mostly ignored residents. Mom is a fall risk and no one is around when she gets out of bed for bathroom use.Part of why she is there. No one watching her at all. Sad dreary place. These residents are all someon…

One wing was closed because of the lack of nursing staff. Her therapy sessions would be cut short; she'd go for a 30 minute session and only get 15 minutes or go for an hour session and only get 40 minutes. The food was horrible…
